Without naming names, (ATT we know who you are,) cell phones companies are ripping off more and more customers every day with bad service. Here is how they rig the game,they sell as many cell phones as they can ,knowing they don’t have the service capacity to provide service. They then sign you up for monthly contracts which you can’t bail from with out penalties. When the service doesn’t work as is the case with ATT and the I-phone you are stuck.It is widely reported in several cities that I-Phone service just doesn’t work in places. The reason is simple ATT didn’t build enough infrastructure to handle all the phones they sold..but that doesn’t stop them from sending you a bill every month. Ask yourself how is that different then fraud..it isn’t.
Now why are consumers sitting back getting ripped off with bad service,when they don’t have too. Here is a plan..a free plan to stop the phone companies stealing from you every month .Its simple every time you get a dropped call,every time you drive into a dead zone,call 611 customer service and report the problem.Tell them you want it noted and you want a tech report written up. DO it every time.Now when you get your bill call up and demand an adjustment ,don’t be shy ask for 20 or 30% off the bill. ITs a simple law of capitalism we dont pay for thing we don’t get.
