Ok folks here is a law and order quiz:
If a group tries to rob and bank and is caught leaving the bank with the loot and shortly after, the loot is recovered what is the crime?
A: It’s attempted bank robbery — they still go to jail
B: At trial they apologize and say it was a misunderstanding and hope for home confinement
C: No crime was committed — they act like nothing happened
If you chose A or B — you don’t know Congress. Last week two Congressmen put in $550 million dollars of earmarks for Congressional private planes. The naughty Congressmen got caught and now they’ve been reduced to just a few places at half the cost.
The two men who tried to hide a couple Gulfstream jets under the rug – at the taxpayers’ expense – go about their business and act like nothing happened. They collect their paychecks and kiss babies. There is no investigation, no sanctions, not even a slap on the wrist by Congress for one simple reason: THE ENTIRE CONGRESS WAS IN ON THE CRIME. It appears, boys and girls, that crime does pay. Or if you do the crime, you don’t have to do the time.
Yeah they are all crooks — pay to play in congress… waht a joke!
